Delivery
We deliver to the UK including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Channel Isles.
Delivery is FREE to mainland England and Wales and the following Scottish postcodes: KA, ML, EH, KY, FK, G, DD, PA.
However, we regret that we are unable to offer free delivery to the whole of the UK and therefore it is necessary for charges to be applied to certain areas. Please contact us for a quotation if you require delivery to a location outside of our free delivery area.
Orders are despatched each working day and will normally be sent out the day following an order being placed, subject to the item being in stock. However, please allow up to 3 days for despatch.
Delivery is normally two to three working days from the date of despatch. Deliveries are made Mondays to Fridays.
If an order is urgently required please click on 'Add special instructions to merchant' when making your online payment and mark your order urgent so we can make sure we can fulfil your order. Please also contact us using the details found under Contact Us
It will be necessary for someone to be available to sign for the delivery
Please supply an appropriate address, eg a work address. Please click on 'Add special instructions to merchant' when making your online payment and insert the delivery address there. Alternatively, please use that facility to include information for our courier. Eg supplying a telephone number and requesting that you are contacted 30 minutes before the delivery is due or to leave the name(s) and address(es) of neighbours who may be able to sign for the delivery on your behalf.
If you require delivery on a specific day (Monday to Friday) then please specify this on your order and we will do our best to arrange this for you.
We also require a telephone number in case it is necessary for either us or our courier to get in touch with you.
If you have not received your order in the time stated, then please use the online form and we will put a track on your order and contact you with details.
As we use third party transport, we do not have any control over the delivery once the item has been collected from our warehouse. Therefore we cannot accept any responsibility or be held responsible for any time or costs incurred due to late delivery.
